Experience - Bird Opticians has been established since 1983 and we have a team of staff who possess relevant qualifications, but more importantly have a vast array of experience; You really are in capable hands.

Independence - We are an independent family run business and as a result we have access to an extensive range of suppliers for all our glasses, sunglasses and lenses therefore our customers have a wide choice and selection.

Personal Service - Each of our clients is important to us, all our staff work hard to meet the individual needs of our customers and to us you are never just a number. We like to get to know our customers because it helps us give them a better service.

Customer Choice -  Our staff do not have "sales targets" because we feel this is not in the best interests of our customers. When you come into our shop our staff are more focused on helping you choose the right product, rather than simply making the sale. If a product isn't right for you we will inform you and discuss alternatives.
